This Taylor Swift Friendship Bracelet Making Party combines the magic of Taylor’s tunes with the timeless art of crafting. With decor inspired by the anthems that echo the melodies of friendship, love, and the adventures we share together, it’s perfect for a Valentine’s Day Party or Galentine’s Day Party! Read on to get all the details and tips on how to set it up.
How to Set up a Sweet Taylor Swift Friendship Bracelet Making Party
DIY Friendship Bracelet Backdrop
I created my Friendship Bracelet Making Party for a fun Valentine’s/Galentine’s Day party for my tween daughter and her friends. First, I hung a double layer of metallic pink and iridescent fringe curtains on the wall, followed by a short silver fringe garland in the center. The silver fringe helped my DIY “Valentine Era” Friendship Bracelet Garland pop.

For extra oomph, I added mirrorball-inspired edges to my letter “beads” for this party.
Here is a quick video showing how I created the garland!

Table Setting
Speaking of mirror balls, I added a variety of disco balls to the table setting in the center of a sheer pink fabric table runner. In addition, I spread out some chunky Taylor Swift-inspired confetti from Festive Fetti, and some DIY Taylor Swift lyric conversation hearts on the table.

I also added a cute purple cowgirl boot with fun mirrorball straws in it.
In the very center of the table, I placed “LOVE” letters full of eras-inspired beads for bracelet making – the perfect practical centerpiece (more on this in a moment)!
Place Settings
For the place settings, I layered cute red heart dessert plates on top of silver dinner plates and lavender checkered chargers.
Each place setting also got a disco ball tumbler embellished with a butterfly and pink and white fork.
For favors, I added pink heart glasses, chocolate lips, and guitar pencils.
Friendship Bracelet Making Party Supplies
Then, of course we need friendship bracelet supplies! As I mentioned earlier I used LOVE letter trays to hold a variety of color-coordinated beads in the center of the table. Here’s a closer look.
The video below shows how I added mirror tiles to the letter trays.

You can never have too many beads for a friendship bracelet making party, so I set out several other trays of all sorts of colors and styles of beads around the table.
I also provided the necessary tools for creating the bracelets – large embroidery needles, bracelet cord, and some sewing scissors.
And, because I just love going big, I set up a craft cart full of beads inspired by more T.Swift Eras, embellished with giant pink butterflies.
Friendship Bracelet Making Party
With everything set up, it was time to invite the girls in! They were thrilled to discover all of the Taylor Swift and Valentine’s decor and favors.
Next, it was onto bracelet making!
And, of course, posing with their finished bracelets they made for each other.
And there you have it—the final chord in our Taylor Swift Friendship Bracelet Making Party!
