I recently styled a fun Pokémon Party, and then I had a thought – why limit this fun theme to traditional colors? If your little Pokémon trainer has a penchant for pink, no worries – I’ve got you covered! Read on to see how I set up a Pokémon adventure with a pink twist!
P.S. I found most of my Pokémon party supplies at Oriental Trading Co. I’ve linked many of the supplies I used HERE.
How to Create the Perfect Pink Pokémon Party
Balloon Backdrop & Dessert Table
First, I created a balloon garland with pale yellow, blue, and, of course, pink balloons. I added some pink star balloons and Pokéball paper lanterns that I painted pink for some extra pizazz.
Underneath the garland, I added the cutest Pikachu wall decals.
Then, I set up my dessert table underneath this balloon and decal backdrop. For this, I used a plain white table, but added pink and white grid paper on top.
In the center of the table, on a pink cake stand, I placed a pink drip cake with a Poké Ball topper and some cute candy details.
Then, to one side of the cake, I set up a DIY Poké Ball floral arrangement (I’ll give more details on this in a moment!), and a favor box adorned with a Jigglypuff sticker and a pink ribbon bow.
On the other side of the table, I set up a pink and white striped treat stand with Pokémon cupcakes on top, with more pink pokémon party lanterns behind it.
Table Setting
In the center of the main party table, I placed another DIY Poké Ball Centerpiece.
I created these using Pokéball treat buckets that I painted pink that I then filled with faux florals and adorable Pikachu ears.
You can get everything you need to make them HERE.

Place Settings
Next, for the place settings, I used Oriental Trading Co.’s Pokémon tableware on top of pink plates and pink and white grid paper placemats.
I also added pink-painted Poké Ball plastic cups with pink polka-dotted straws, plastic pink utensils, a pink box of popcorn that I added Pikachu cutouts to, Pokémon wristbands, and a fun Pikachu pez dispenser to each place setting. (Note: I only carefully paint the outside of the cups to keep them food-safe!)
I placed the Poké Ball cups on pink star plates for an extra pop of pink.
Favor Station
Finally, I set up a Pink Pokémon Party favor station on a rolling craft cart. I used a combination of pink favor boxes adorned with Pokémon characters and plastic Pokémon cups, and filled them all with a variety of fun themed candy and toys.
With these Pink Pokémon Party ideas and the supplies you’ll find on my LTK post, you’re all set to host an unforgettable celebration. Don’t forget to check out my original Pokémon Party if a traditional color scheme is more your vibe!
