Birthday Parties

Natalie helped create personalized parties for us on two occasions (both my sons’ 3rd birthdays).  Each time working with her was a joy.  She was responsive, friendly, full of fantastic ideas, yet open to suggestions, and patient with all my questions.  She delivered more than we expected on the day of the party and my sons were thrilled with their parties.  She stayed on budget and was very flexible when I changed the number of children attending.  My younger son wanted the same party theme as my older son had the year before, and Natalie was able to do this without making it feel just like a repeat of the previous party.  She provided favors for both parties that were amazing for the price and all the children loved them!  So many parents commented to me how lovely the decorations were and I even had a mom come up to me and say she wanted to do the exact same party for her child after seeing the decorations at ours.  I can confidently recommend Natalie for party planning services and will definitely use her again myself in the future! Thanks, Natalie, for helping to create such precious memories for our family!

Natalie did the styling for our wedding in Manly, Australia and it was without doubt a magical day in so many ways.   She really contributed to this as she put so much love and thought into her designs and displays and they really represented us and the type of day we wanted.
Nat has a real talent at working with others, in a way that makes everyone want to be involved and happy to take direction from her to achieve the absolute best outcome, while minimizing any stress and making it fun.
When you combine passion, talent and experience you get something really special and that is what Nat is able to deliver. Anyone who uses her for their events will find out for themselves and the magic she puts into everything she does really shines through.

We hired Fern & Maple to do the decorations for our daughter’s 3 year old birthday party at Peek-a-boo Factory. Natalie was easy to work with and helped to create a custom Frozen themed party that my daughter still raves about more than a year and a half later. We are so grateful for Fern & Maple’s help in making our daughter’s birthday so memorable!

Natalie from Fern and Maple is amazing. She helped me design and host my kids birthday party. When I first met Natalie I had a few ideas in terms of themes and decor but she came up with so many new ideas and creative solutions for hosting a combined boy (4 yr old) and girl (1 yr old) birthday party. We traded some additional ideas on Pinterest and then I left the execution in her very capable hands. I was blown away with everything and how beautifully everything turned out. She and her team arrived early to set up. The attention to detail was impressive. Everything was beautifully done and the kids loved it too! We even had a little bit of a snafu with the venue and Natalie was really fantastic to help me get all that squared away.
Not only does Natalie and the fern and maple team do a fantastic job, she’s also a wonderful person and very fun to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get assistance for party planning and decor.

When I started to plan a surprise 40^th birthday for my husband, I quickly realized I was in over my head.  I originally hired Natalie just because I needed someone to manage logistics and take the laboring oar. What she ended up delivering blew me away. She incorporated an unbelievable level of personal detail into the evening from just a few quick facts about my husband that I’d sent her. It made the party an amazing personal tribute to him, more so than I had ever envisioned. In addition to that, her organization and overall event management meant I could be a guest at my own party and actually enjoy the night. This was a night my family will long remember, and it is due in large part to Natalie’s contributions. And on top of all that, she is a joy to work with! I cannot rave enough about how glad I am I hired Fern & Maple!
