Have you seen the new Beetlejuice movie yet? With my love of Halloween, the classic Beetlejuice movie has always been one of my favorites! So I couldn’t pass up the opportunity with the new movie coming out to bring the eerie charm of the Ghost with the Most to life with a hauntingly fun Beetlejuice Halloween party table setup and backdrop! With bold black-and-white stripes, splashes of lavender, pops of neon green, and tons of creepy-cool details, this table setting channels Beetlejuice’s eerie eccentric style and adds some wicked fun to your Halloween party! Read on to see how I set it all up.

How to Set a Beetlejuice Halloween Party Table
Bow Tie Backdrop
I wanted to create a backdrop for this party that was inspired by Beetlejuice’s signature striped suit style. First, I hung black and white striped fabric on the wall, and then used some lavender fabric to create a giant bow-tie in the center.
Table Setting
Next, I set up a white table with a lime green fabric table runner down the middle. On top of the lime green fabric, I added a black lace table runner. Then, I placed a black cake with a simple Beetlejuice-inspired skeleton decoration in the center of the table as a spooky centerpiece.
On either side of the cake, I placed sandworm-wrapped black candle holders with Beetlejuice-inspired candles on them.

Then, on one end of the table, I added a black photo frame on a lavender stand with a beetlejuice silhouette in the center.
I added a couple of Beetlejuice’s favorite candy bar (Zagnut!) to this end of the table as well.
On the other end of the table, I elevated a clear plastic coffin on a small black dessert stand, and filled it with confetti and more Zagnuts.
Speaking of confetti, the last thing I did before moving on to my place settings was spread this amazing Beetlejuice-inspired confetti all over the table!
Place Settings
For my Beetlejuice Halloween Party place settings, I layered Beetlejuice suit plates over lavender plates, and set both on top of a black spiderweb placemat.
Then, I used “Here Lies” gravestone place cards to match Beetlejuice’s gravestone from the movies!
Each place setting also received a little “amuse BOOche” eyeball in a mini dessert cup.
I wrapped black plastic utensils in Beetlejuice frame napkins with black ribbon, but also included two additional Beetlejuice napkins – lime green and lavender with ties.
In order to make some black and white-striped cups more on-theme, I added some black ribbon and a beetle decoration. You can see how I made them in the video below!

I also added some glittery coupe glasses embellished with black ribbon ties.
And there you have it! By bringing Beetlejuice’s world to your table, you’ve set the stage for an eerie, exciting Halloween party that your guests will love.
