Do you have Royal Wedding Fever too? I still remember getting to stay up late with my mom to watch Princess Diana marry Charles.  Since then I enjoyed watching William’s wedding and now eagerly anticipate Harry marrying Meghan, I’m hosting a Royal Tea Party for it!

A Royal Tea Party is the perfect way to host a Royal Wedding viewing party.  It has all the best of British tea celebrations.  From cookies, tea and scones to a fabulous Pimm’s punch and Champagne.  You’ll be able to toast the new Princess while nibbling a corgi cookie.

You’ll find all the details on How to Host A Royal Tea Party on Fun365 at Oriental Trading. Everything you need to See It, Shop It and Make.

For this Royal Tea Party, I created 2 high impact walls.  The first a boxwood backdrop with framed DIY Fascinators would also look great for a garden party or a Kentucky Derby celebration.

The second, uses wrapping paper as a backdrop to another framed fascinator.  I love using wrapping paper for backdrops.  It is affordable, super light and easy to put up and take down.  This crown themed wrapping paper is from one of my favorite sources Spoonflower.

My favorite thing about a Royal Tea Party is it requires you to “pop” the champagne and really celebrate the fesitvities.  To really get into a “British” frame of mind I also made a Pimm’s Punch for this one.  You’ll love this delicious mix of fruits and a spot of tea.

Get all the stunning details to create this ultra-fun and ultra-affordable Royal Tea Party over at Fun365, you can see it, shop it and make it with the click of a button! I hope you enjoy all the DIY’s and ideas as much as I enjoyed creating them.
